ActionMap^tm Software.

ActionMap has recently completed initial release development of the ActionMap^tm software package for delivering the ActionMap Toolkit manual procedures in on-line interactive group sessions.

The ActionMap^tm software package's automation of the Toolkit procedures allows groups to even more quickly create high quality understanding, alignment and commitment to action, along with detailed process models and action plans.

Using the software, groups are able to capture and work with more digital information in less time, with the convenience of less travel and simplified meeting logistics.

The ActionMaptm software package is designed to seamlessly integrate with the use of the ActionMap Toolkit procedures as a "whiteboard" skill.  The "whiteboard" skill may be preferred in ad-hoc discussions and in face-to-face meetings where inter-personal communications are a particularly important success factor.

The ActionMap^tm software package supports the full range of functions provided by manual operation of ActionMap Toolkit procedures, including business and technology process development, software development, process improvement, process operational management, and process operational training.

The ActionMap^tm software package is currently being offered in a "software-as-a-service" mode, as a support tool for group sessions that ActionMap facilitates, on-line, in e-meetings, and/or as a projector-based tool for in-person meetings.

In addition to being fast and easy to start, learn and use, the ActionMap^tm software package has been designed to be script-driven and group directed. This design approach supports ActionMap's intent to make the software fully customer self-operated, requiring short pre-session training for "operators" and only brief explanations at session start for other participants.

ActionMap is also offering the ActionMap^tm software package a licensed product to qualified large-organization pilot customers who wish to deploy the ActionMap^sm software package as a behind-the-firewall application, in order to gain the broadest organizational benefits from ActionMap Toolkit procedures.
